Hi Comic Shop Boils and Ghouls! We’ve got some fun stuff happening the next few weeks! First, you probably saw John’s Facebook post, but we are stocked with a collection of Bowen statues! For the week, our usual back issue wall will be showcasing the busts and mini statues, and we’ve updated the case to feature them all. The Gallery statues that were in the case are now in their boxes above the graphic novel wall. If you get three or more of the Bowens, they’re 25% off! This Thursday, the 9th, we’ll be at the Great Lakes Science Center for the Best of Cleveland event! This is a ticketed event, but if you’re going, we’ll see you there! It’s October Comic Shop Friends! Time to get spooky! Need some horror read recommendations? Ask us! We have plenty to suggest to you! Welcome to another week of comics, Comic Shop Friends! This Saturday, the 27th! Come support your Local Comic Shop on Local Comic Shop Day! They even used a photo of our shop in a promotional post! To celebrate, we’ll have 50% off back issues in the shop all day! We’ve decided to give away the DC K.O. Local Comic Shop Day ashcans on Saturday! That’s right, stop in and pick up one of those for free! There are other LCSD variants that will be on sale Saturday, like the foil DC K.O. variant, Spider-Man ’94, Star Trek: The Last Starship, Ultimate Hawkeye, Everything Dead and Dying, Herobear and the Kid, and The Beauty.
