It’s almost the time of year again! HALLOWEEN COMICFEST is coming to CNJ Comics on October 26th! What is Halloween Comic Fest? It’s like a miniature Free Comic Book Day but you have to be in costume to get free comics! All day on Saturday, October 26th from 10am to 7pm you’ll be able to come into the shop and strut your stuff in your costume! Everyone in costume will get to pick out twelve (12) free comic books from the one’s made special for the day! Comic Book and Beer Pairing Event with Carol and John’s Comic Book Shop and Great Lakes Brewery! Pairing up All-Star Superman #1 with Great Lakes Dortmunder Gold Lager (one is 75 years old and the other is 25!)? How about Captain America #1 with Great Lakes Eliot Ness Amber Lager (Both were true heroes from the Golden Age)? Or how about drinking a Great Lakes Nosferatu Imperial Red Ale while enjoying an issue of Batman: The Long Halloween (both meant to be enjoyed in the fall season)?
