It’s been confirmed today via press release that 6 of the New 52 titles from DC Comics will see their final issues this April to be replaced by 6 new titles. The initiative is being called “Wave 2” and will feature the re-emergence of some of the classic DC characters that were suspiciously absent from the initial launch of the New 52, notably the Justice Society in their new title, Earth 2. Titles that will be cancelled with their 8th and final issue are: BLACKHAWKS HAWK AND DOVE MEN OF WAR MISTER TERRIFIC O.M.A.C. STATIC SHOCK  To be replaced by: BATMAN INCORPORATED – Writer: Grant Morrison. Artist: Chris Burnham. The acclaimed ongoing writer of ACTION COMICS, Grant Morrison, presents a fresh take on BATMAN INCORPORATED, in which the Batman brand is franchised globally in preparation for a major international threat.
