Before we start we’d like to remind you about our Pandemic Art Show for the benefit of the Cleveland Food Bank! The show will run from Wednesday December 16th to Sunday December 20th in the foyer attached to the shop. You can win all the artwork through a basket raffle system where one dollar gets you one ticket towards the cover(s) of your choice. DC Comics In December DC is completing it’s current incarnation to give way to less continuity in 2021 and beyond. It likely means I very different DCU after the new year, even beyond the Future Slate books coming out in January and February. First off we’d like to thank everyone for all the support over Thanksgiving Weekend. We miss having our old Black Friday event but we still had a great weekend with your help.   Everyone did a great job of helping to keep our CoVid protocols intact, and we thank you for that. It’s a quick and easy week at the comic book shop before the holidays start up. Here’s the featured new releases coming out this Wednesday, November 11th 2020! The big winner this week is the Punchline Special written by James Tynion IV. Learn a little more about her back story and where she’s headed after the events of Joker War in this one shot. Hey everyone, while we can’t have a Christmas Party this year, we won’t let the pandemic stop our yearly efforts to assist the Cleveland Food Bank, which likely needs help now more than ever. Help us to turn your artwork into food for the needy by submitting a cover for our Holiday Art Show!  Each year we round up our community and ask local artists to stop by and pick up a blank comic book cover to turn into a work of art to be displayed during the art show.  Covers are won through a basket raffle system with all money collected going to the Cleveland Food Bank. (Who have the uncanny ability to turn one dollar into four full meals for those in need!) Last year, with your help, we were able to assist them in creating 14,276 meals, bringing our all time total to 77,644 meals!  While in the past the art show has been a one day event ending with a party, we will now stretch the it over the course of five days, from Wednesday December...
