Joe Rubinstein and Danny Fingeroth signing at CNJComics 7-11-2026

This Saturday July 11th from 4pm to 7pm we’ll be having a double signing at the shop, Joe Rubinstein and Danny Fingeroth!

Joe Rubinstein is one of the foremost inker in the industry, and holds the world’s record for most pencilers inked, due in part to inking all the characters in the Official Handbook to the Marvel Universe over several years.

The body of Joe’s work is overwhelming but here’s just a few times he worked with Frank Miller, John Byrne and Jim Starlin.

Joe will be giving everyone one free signature, then it’s $15 each. Joe will also be bringing prints and artwork for sale as well!

During this same date and time period, Danny Fingeroth will also be signing in the shop.

Danny was the editor on Spider-Man for years (including issue #252) and wrote cult classic titles like Dazzler and Darkhawk, two Cleveland favorites. Danny is also a noted comic book historian.

Danny has also agreed to give everyone one free signature each, followed by $15 each after that.

We will have back issues for sale in the shop from both creators, and buying something in shop helps to support the event.

This is also a reminder that Late Nite Comics will be on Thursday, July 16th this month from 8pm to midnight, with 50% off all back issues and dollar stock at 50 cents each for a hundred or more.

Then after that we have our “NOT-AT-COMICON” sale for four whole days, while San Diego Comic Con is in session, July 23rd to the 26th.

We will fill the foyer with dollar stock as well as giving 50% off all back issues. Expect other discounts throughout the store as well.
